STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

When requesting services with HIDDEN EVENTS - ALKIFIESTA, you agree to be subject to the conditions noted below:


BOOKING & PLANNING PROCESS

- HIDDEN EVENTS & ALKIFIESTA, dosent schedule services until full payment has been completed and we are notified/confirmed in writting to go ahead and schedule.

- Equipments and services are subject to availabilty until quote is not signed and send it to start booking process.

- If its not mentioned in the product description its not included in the service even if its pictured.

- HIDDEN EVENTS - ALKIFIESTA charges extra for setups and tear downs done out of the regular schedule time of 9 AM to 6 PM, we reserves the right of not setting up some of our inventory furniture on outdoor spaces or windy venues, we must be notified in advance where the event will be held otherwise we may change decor items whithout notice.

- Delays in event setups caused by venue or third parties are not responsibility of HIDDEN EVENTS - ALKIFIESTA.

- When requesting production in advance for an especific event, payment needs to be done in full 15 days before the event, if by any chance the client doesn't use this decoration HIDDEN EVENTS - ALKIFIESTA will not refund the cost. Client agrees to pay in full with no possibility of refund on requested productions even if they were not used.

- Decoration may not be cancelled 15 days or less prior to the event.

- Cancellation of service and rental of equipment with 24 hour notice will apply 100% charge to your master account with not refund.

- Changes on proposals can be done 15 days prior event day.


FLORAL DECOR

- Events scheduled 15 days or less before the services will be prepared with flowers found in the local market as close as possible to the flowers, colors and foliages quoted and price will remain the same. -  - There might be a late floral fee for all weddings confirmed 15 days or less prior to their first event.

- Floral is based on availability and may be substituted without previous notice, however colors and texture will remain as consistent as possible to the ones agreed upon. If by any chance the client has agreed to stay outdoors and then decides to move to a backup indoor location or viceversa

- The client has the responsibility of taking care of the good condition of everything that is not organic, if by any chance those get damage or missing, client will incur in a replacement fee.



WEATHER CALL

- If for weather condition the setup is delayed after weather call is approved by the client, wedding coordinator or CSM, please consider that you will have a delayed on the time of start at your event.

- When an event is changed to a backup location once set up has started we will consider the time needed to work on it and will not be responsible if the start time of the event is delayed. We will unilaterally decide what elements are available to replace any décor suitable for indoors vs outdoors.

- HIDDEN EVENTS - ALKIFIESTA reserves the right to decide if the elements will be moved, replaced or changed with an extra fee of 50% of the price paid for the décor that wants to be moved.

- HIDDEN EVENTS - ALKIFIESTA will not take responsibility of any décor brought by client or thrid party vendors.

- Change of venue after events setup start are subject to staff availability and a change of event start will suggest due the time of move equipment. 

- - If setup and load in already start after weather call and due weather your events need to change of venue, please consider that will apply an extra charge for extra labor.

- - Rental items, linens and flowers will not be change in case of damage after weather call, our team will do their best to accomadate floral decor with the material already at the event location.
